This was my Facebook status yesterday:

Thanks once again to the National Health Service. I rolled up at Addenbrookes for an infusion of treatment (very expensive, I believe) for my rubbish bones. I was seen exactly on time, and treated with cheerful courtesy and the utmost professionalism throughout. I couldn't have asked for more.
