My husband has Parkinson's Disease and has been going to the Queensway hospital for a long time every six months. The staff are all friendly, caring and efficient and they all make it their business to check unobtrusively that we are ok. We didn't move house from this area because the care at this hospital is so good. This is a place where you feel you are in safe hands and among friends. The sister in charge is very aware and the place runs superbly probably because of that leadership. The doctor we see couldn't be more helpful and understanding and our notes are always sent promptly to other professionals involved in my husband's care. If your appointment falls round a mealtime you are welcomed to have a meal and it is always served well and thoughtfully and the food is good. I can't think of a negative!
