I was admitted to the L.R.I on Christmas Eve. I was treated throughout my stay with loving . care and consideration by all staff. The Nurses were so busy, but always treated me with care and consideration. The Drs. kept me informed about my treatment and were happy to talk to my Husband when he visited. The anciiaryl staff were kind and thoughtful. ThIs applied to all members of staff whatever their ethnicity. The food had certainly improved since my last stay in January2012,although there is room for improvement on the way meals are ordered. In Glenfield Hospital, a Menu is given to study which is preferable to the Menu being recited to you, and by the end of the recital, one has forgotten the first choices. Altogether I was very happy to be treated at the L.R.I. I feel the Press and the B.B.C. give too much time to the complaints, and not enough time to the people who are satisfied with the treatment received
