Anything else?
I had a pre-op assessment in Queen's Building on 16 Dec in readiness for my surgery on 20 Dec 2013. I cannot speak more highly about the attention and courtesy extended to me by my Case Manager and her team and with the very professional way in which my assessment was conducted. I attended for my operation on 20 Dec at St Michael's SDU unit and was overwhelmed by the very same standards of care and attention given to me by all of the staff including receptionists, nurses and senior nurses. The medical team, headed by the consultant surgeon and her anaesthetist support doctors and nursing staff was superb and made me feel supported and confident. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone, too many to mention by name, for making my surgery comfortable and successful. Never let it be said that the frontline, patient facing teams of the NHS are in any way poor at what they do. I wish everyone a very rewarding and happy New Year - thank you. Yours sincerely, William Levell
