I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment we received in royal blackburn. There was a lack of organisation, communication, and waiting time exceeded 4hours! My daughter was scared by the amount of police and foul language of other intoxicated patients. Not one nurse or doctor introduced themselves, we weren't told she was having an X-ray she was just wheeled through and left in X-ray. I could go on but to be honest the whole experience was disgraceful.
