What could be improved
I have found on a continuing basis that the Reception telephone is always answered by a voice message saying noone available. Plus there is no published department telephone numbers e.g. Chiropody or Podiatry area. In a modern medical environment surely there should be a rota system operating for Reception staff so it is manned at least between 9am till 5pm. It is so frustrating when wanting to speak to someone straightaway.
