My daughter Zoe was in the day surgery unit on 26/11/2013 to have a grommet removed. The treatment we got got from all the staff was fantastic from the Doctors and the nurses. They were polite, open and very good with my daughter and my wife and I. It was very well organised and my 8 year old was looked after so well that she says she is no longer scared of Doctors :-) A big thank you to all the staff there, they were excellent !!!
