Anything else?
Following an RTC on the M40 on the 25 November, we were taken to Horton General to be checked out. Fortunately we only experienced relatively minor injuries but we were assessed quickly and the care we received was professional yet friendly and approachable. The staff couldn't have done more for us, they were super and appeared to really understand that as well as being injured and shocked we were also a long way from home and feeling rather vulnerable. The banter between the nursing staff and the ambulance crew kept us entertained and put us at our ease. Thank you to all the staff who were on duty on the evening of Monday, 25 November 2013 ... you're all brill!!
"Efficient and friendly"
