What I liked
from the moment we entered the g1 childrens ward
we all as a family felt that our daughter was in good hands,staff were attentive,considerate,and above all professional.my daughters feelings and emotions were always paramount.as i write this our daughter is still in the hospital,and we our confident that she is in the very best of hands.i would like to thank the staff at g1 for the way parents are treated as well as the patients.many many thanks. great restaurant
What could be improved
the route to the car parking area should not go pass the main entrance.it hinders hospital vehicles in there duties,and creates a feeling of chaos.Or at the very least make it a one way system.have staff at main reception during busy periods,(not always the case)when the hospital is being contacted via the operator an extension number should be given each time.this would enable the caller to get through on the next occasion without operator assistance.
