I was referred to the urgent day care after calling 111 and was seen within 20mins of arriving. a practice nurse looked after me and was so thorough. I was diagnosed with a chest infection which had caused problems with my asthma. He wouldn't let me leave until he had improved my condition.After treating me with medication he checked me thoroughly again and sent me home with a prescription for steroids and antibiotics,telling me that I had to be checked again on Monday Well done Shotley Bridge Hospital
