"Supportive and caring service"

About: Community Forensic Services / Assertive Transition Service (ATS)

(as a service user),

For the last few years I have found the ATS very supportive and caring. Had it not been for ATS I think I would have needed to make a formal complaint re aspects of my care. But they've been very supportive. I have been a patient receiving healthcare for a number of years and have had abuse, threats, poor care. I tried to complain, but services didn't want to know.

ATS supported me and listened to me and put pressure on services where needed to get things done.

I'm concerned about what will happen afterwards when I'm discharged from ATS.

Hi eaterfj43

Thank you for this lovely feedback for ATS I will pass it on to the team

I'm sorry you have not had a positive experience aside from ATS, this must have been difficult for you.

I would advise you speak to your ATS worker to support you to speak PALS if you would like to make a complaint regarding your care.

I wish you well in your recovery and encourage you to continue engaging with services.

Kind Regards

Nikki Chambers
