"Amazing, caring staff"

I had a 9 day stay on Bramshott ward and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every single Healthcare Assistant, Nurse, Doctor, Phlebotomist, Anaesthetist, Cleaner, Physiotherapist, Porter, Kitchen Staff or Student nurse I saw were professional, caring, kind, friendly, smiley and made me feel so safe and cared for. The autism and learning difficulty team were also great at making things easier for me during my stay. As much as I desperately wanted to get home I was sad to leave the staff as well because they were all just so lovely.

I felt very safe and lucky to be in their hands. There was nothing that could have been done better and it absolutely felt like I was given the best care I could have received. I was a patient with complex needs but everyone was understanding and respectful.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything everyone did for me and I really hope this review gets shared with the staff. I can't say it was 1 particular person either the standard of care was consistent throughout and even when I witnessed some patients giving staff a hard time they remained calm, professional and caring.

You are all absolute gems!
