"Getting good advice for a healthy life"

 Heart failure patient with a massive attack.  Just 20℅ heart functioning.  By the grace of Almighty i am lucky enough to living a quite normal life.  Special thanks to UK health services 

But today i must write about someone by the name of Mr.  RAJ whom i met at " Shrewsbury Cardiac Rehab ". Today we met for 2nd times after 7/8 months. He recognised me, friendly welcomed not as a patient. He explained what happened and what is going to be happen in my future life. How can i live a healthy life, better lifestyle for myself and for my family. Due to my health conditions what i cannot regain but following the tips of healthy lifestyle can make a better life. 

Mr.RAJ is such a good supportive Influencer who understand me and make me understand my conditions and value of my life.
