Couldn’t fault the care I received whilst in CCU. The staff were helpful, kind and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. However, the after care has not been so good. Was discharged with no instructions, no details of when I may get my follow up appointment, who I go to if I feel unwell again, or who I go to get repeat prescription. Disappointing and such a shame after such a great experience when an inpatient.
