My knees give me some intermittent pain. I used Physio services to get help with this. They quickly assessed me & enrolled me for physio-led classes to show me how to do leg strengthening exercises.
The classes were done in the local health centre & were good fun as well as being informative. I'd recommend this to anyone in a similar situation.
