"I was put totally at ease"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

Had a hysteroscopy today. I was put totally at ease by Stephanie, Hannah, Fola and Lorraine. Everything was explain about what was going to happen. During the procedure Hannah and Stephanie talked to me and told me exactly what they were doing at every step. Lorraine talked to me and kept me calm. Fola and Lorraine looked after me after the procedure and were very caring. 

Stephanie explained everything afterwards and told me what would happen next. Thank you ladies for your kindness and care throughout.
