"I was always receiving reassurance"

(as the patient),

I received dental treatment in May 2024. I immediately felt welcomed and assured at my time during treatment. I received treatment from Ian and Louise, self proclaimed the 'A-Team' - Which i very much felt comfortable with immediately. 

I got my back tooth removed , i have Autism and mental health difficulties and the way i was always receiving reassurance and was filled in with what was happening at all times made my experience more relaxing. I cant thank the 'A-Team' enough for finally relieving my two year long toothache and made my fear of the dentist questionable. Thank you again Ian and Louise.

I was very sorry to hear that you were experiencing toothache for such a long period of time and hope that you are recovering well now.

I understand how challenging a visit to the dentist can be especially with dental anxiety therefore I was so glad to hear that after what must have been difficult period of time for you were able to have your toothache situation resolved.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such wonderful feedback in relation to your recent visit to the emergency Dental Treatment Centre within Public Dental Service and I will be sure to pass this onto Ian and Louise. Both will be absolutely delighted to hear that they helped in such a positive way for your visit and potentially any future dental visits that may occur.
