"Very efficient assistants"

About: Annandale and Eskdale

(as a service user),

Having never needed to use the services in have certainly made up for it of late.

I have been started on Warfarin and needed initially to see the CTAC assistant twice a week, then once a week and now once every two weeks. I have found the service to be very efficient.

No delays normally, very efficient assistants with no difficulty taking bloods. (unlike in hospitals I have been).
