Patchs is a very useful tool for booking appointments, when you get through on to the portal. The doctors are always very good and helpful within the surgery, I’ve not had a bad experience.

My most recent appointment was given on the day, they tried to call me and sent a text to notify me of the appointment. I was working so missed it and was late, I called the receptionist and told them I was in my way. I was told if the doctor was still free they may see me. Luckily for me, the doctor was still available so I managed to get seen. I was very grateful.
