I found the group very insightful, comfortable, soothing, intellectually and emotionally engaging.
Learning from other people’s experience was the most helpful part of the group, but I feel we should encourage more deep thought.
The group has been very helpful, my emotional understanding is a lot better, and I know myself better.
The facilitators are the best of the best. I appreciate the team here.
