(as a service user),

Just wanted to give positive feedback on health visitor Jane who we met for the first time on Monday for my daughter's primary aged check.

My husband and I were both blown away by how quickly Jane built rapport with our daughter (and us), how professional, knowledgeable and non-judgemental she came across, and how quickly she contacted the paediatric physio to discuss a concern we have about our daughter's walking.

The visit had a really positive impact on all 3 of us.
