Before I was diagnosed, I saw various psychiatric professionals who never really helped me, and dare I say it, felt they made things worse, but having since been told that I am Autistic, the puzzle that was my life has finally started to make sense.
Autism services and my counsellor, have chased away my suicidal thoughts and given me a meaning to a life that up to this point hasn’t been that great.
My counsellor has taught me to forgive the child and reassured me that I am of worth. Thank you, Autism services and a personal thank you to my counsellor Dawn, who has given me back my sense of self worth.
