(as a service user),

Discharged from LMHT, have complex mental health issues. Feel at one of my worse places mentally and super struggling. They are saying I’m not engaging with services, I tried to explain the reasons why I cannot currently go for a walk everyday and it needs to be built up and that I don’t want to do medication as it’s not monitored properly. They have now discharged me, I’m running out of hope and fight.
