(as a service user),

Had an infected wisdom tooth that was causing a lot of pain. Got an appointment at the dental hospital a few hours later. Was seen efficiently and given appropriate antibiotics. Thanks to Paul and Rhonda at Glasgow dental hospital, I am feeling so much better and nearly pain free.

On behalf of the emergency dental treatment team at Glasgow Dental Hospital many thanks for taking the time to provide such positive feedback.

I was sorry to hear of the pain you had been suffering as the result of an infected wisdom tooth.I realise how distressing dental pain can be but good to hear you were very happy with the care and treatment you received.

I will ensure this is shared with Paul and Rhonda.

Great to hear you are now on the road to recovery and almost pain free.

I hope you will be totally pain free soon.
