Pleasant nursing staff. Fully put at my ease. Felt totally relaxed the entire time. Told what was happening every step of the way. Needed antibiotic ear drops after. The prescription was emailed to my own chemist and they delivered it to me the following day. I was told exactly how to use the drops and how long to use them for. Was told I should come back in two weeks time.
