I visited the surgery with my mother today as she was unwell, unfortunately she was unable to see the doctor, my mother was promised a phone call this afternoon by the doctor but it did not materialise. My mother has COPD and has a suspected chest infection and is really unwell. The service from this practice is so poor, this isn’t the first time I have experienced problems with this practice if I could rate the service I would be hard pressed to give it 2.
