"An Excellent Nurse"

I recently had my appointment @ Dermatology department Altnagelvin Hospital. I have been attending for years and the staff are amazing.

My nurse and I discussed my treatment, my worries my concerns, plus the next stage.

I was not rushed in anyway. I explained that I had to have my bloods done and how my anxiety goes through the roof. My nurse offered to do them for me there and then. I was so grateful. 

Unfortunately I have terrible veins but this nurse got one first go. Everything was explained to me about my next appointment and what we would do in the interim. 

I suffer with extreme depression and anxiety. But I can honestly say that the Dermatology team are top tier at making me feel at ease. 

Thank you to the amazing staff of the Dermatology unit. You are so appreciated.
