I want to put on record what an amazing team you have.

Jo has helped me so much to get my auntie settled, it's not easy looking after an elderly person who has had a stroke and right side paralysed.

Jo has listened and been very supportive I love the way she comes in with an air of authority a great listening ear that’s a gift what Jo has promised she has delivered.

Now I have met Darren well first he smells lovely - a big plus! He is chatty and caring and very efficient and with his support. I know I will be able to do aunties blood sugar and insulin.

Sometimes we are very quick to moan about something but never say what an excellent job one has done so well done and keep up the great work you do because I certainly appreciate it xx
