I had a fantastic experience with Liz today, normally it's very difficult  to get bloods from me, although she managed first time and painless.

Thankyou for taking the time to provide feedback. Great to hear that your experience in our treatment room has been positive. It sounds as though it has been difficult in the past to obtain your bloods and how good was it to have it done first time and without pain.
