(as the patient),

I had been receiving treatment at this unit and unfortunately the cycle had to be cancelled. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing time for both me and my partner. Charge Nurses Pamela and Nadene were exceptional. They showed empathy and care and made me feel at ease during this very difficult time. They are both an asset to the ACS team. Professor Nelson took the time to speak with me and my partner well after working hours and spent considerable time explaining things to us which helped us come to terms with our situation.  Thank you for the care provided.
