"The time they had for us was fantastic"

About: Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick children / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

I attended  A&E with my nephew. He had a fall. There was a lady called Vivian (nurse), I think, who seen us first and a senior health care worker, who was so helpful and reassures as we walked through the doors. There was also a fantastic calm, reassuring nurse called Hannah and a doctor called Ruth.

Let's just say the place was busy, but they just spent the amount of time you needed to get your reassurance to keep you relaxed . We were both aunties, so they needed consent from his mummy and the time they had for us was fantastic even when you knew they were under pressure. The girls know what they are doing, they know their standards and throughout our time there, they fully gave us everything. I just want to say a huge thank you. Girls keep up the good work. Yous are born carers.

Thank you for your lovely response. It is great that you have taken the time to give feedback on the service that you have received. I hope your nephew has fully recovered. I will pass on your feedback to the nurses involved.
