(as a service user),

We wanted to write to leave some positive feedback for our regular family health visitor Clare. Clare has been our trusted health visitor since the birth of our first child in 2019 until the birth of our second child this year. Clare has continued to provide excellent care to both of our children offering advice and support. Clare was instrumental in helping our son get early admittance to our local family learning centre which has proven essential for his development. We feel Clare deserves to be recognised for her professionalism and dedication to providing consistent excellent care.

It is lovely to hear that Clare has been working with your family for the past 5 years and you have found her professionalism and dedication to your family so rewarding.

And it sounds as though, you have respected and appreciated her knowledge, guidance and support throughout this time as well, especially with regards to her contribution to ensuring your child was provided with an appropriate nursery placement.
