(as the patient),

In May 2024 I had a CRT device fitted to alleviate Heart Failure symptoms in the Day Surgery Unit, FVRH.

I have nothing but praise and admiration for the staff in that unit that day.

From the moment that I was called to be prepared for surgery, the courtesy and professionalism ,of all  the staff I had contact with, was exceptional, polite friendly and informative.

The surgery , headed by Dr Ventka and her team, was exceptional, again keeping me informed about the procedure and my welfare throughout.

It was a trying day for me personally but thanks to all involved making my  short  stay a success all round

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent stay in Day Surgery, It can be very daunting coming in for a procedure but looks as we were able to alleviate those stresses for you. I am delighted to see that everyone was polite and informative during your time with us.
