"Very professional, considerate and reassuring…"

Had an amazing GP appointment experience on Tuesday 7/5/24 @ 9am with one of the locum GPs who's name is not on the wall in the practice. Can't believe I'm not allowed to give his name here in this review. He was really taking care to diagnose me correctly and explained everything to me very patiently. I didn't felt rushed at the appointment. In fact I felt very listened to but also it was very reassuring when he tried to find out more by asking further questions, taking care not to miss any relevant information. He explained his initial findings to me in a caring and simple way - he really wanted me to understand everything and was very re-assuring re what would happen next. Basically he showed excellent care and communication throughout the appointment, and most importantly everything did happen the way he said it would. Thank you doctor
