(as a relative),

My partner and I recently attended OOH in regard to an ongoing medical issue that my partner had been experiencing.

From the outset the GP we met was extremely warm and welcoming and immediately put my partner at ease. We feel that Dr Brennan completed a thorough assessment and went above and beyond of what our expectations would be, to include a call back to check in on him before she finished her shift.

We are of opinion this lady displayed a person centred, empathetic approach and had displayed all the core values that a medical professional should have instilled. 

We want to send this compliment as we would like this lady to receive recognition for her professionalism and how she made us feel at a time when we were worried.

We are of the opinion that Dr Brennan is a fantastic asset to the WHSCT and want to give recognition to her.

Thank you very much for sharing your recent experience of using our service. Western Urgent Care provides the GP Out of Hours service and is a separate organisation and employer to WHSCT, therefore WHSCT colleagues have notified us of your feedback.

It is always greatly appreciated when Patients take the time to share their experience of our service and we always use feedback as an opportunity to learn and help us improve our service. It was a wonderful to read about how professional and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Brennan was in delivering your care. We will share your very kind feedback with her, and I am sure she will be delighted to know her efforts have been appreciated. We hope that your Partner has recovered from his recent illness and now returned to better health. Thank you again.
