Hiya

my mother lives on her own at 3 esme rd , b11 4nh.

sadly ambulance had to be called out. late afternoon around 5pm ish

they attended to my mum until the hand over at heartslands hosital at around 9-10pm. there was a long wait.

My mum does not speak a lot of english and she was really stressed out.

The members of ambulane staff ..Ms L & Mr W, they did a grand job , making my mum comfortable and reassuring her.

So a big thank you .
