About: Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick children / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

We had to wait in Section C for an emergency visit.

There is an important information on the wall "if you feel you child becomes more unwel....". This poster is very hard to see as it is placed behind the children's cinema unit, it would be more useful in a more visible area.

The children's cinema is a great idea.

There is an outdated poster from 2015 staying that a new MRI machine is coming. Maybe more up to date information would be great.

The receptionist in A&E was very friendly.
