About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Removal of large cyst on top of right foot.

I didn't feel too worried about it all, just a bit anxious how I would respond with a general anaesthetic!

7am admission, everything done in efficient way, made to feel special.

Absolutely lovely staff couldn't do enough, tended to my every needs, even to putting me in a wheelchair to wheel me out to my husband in car.

After care explained explained clearly.

Had dealings with Cannock Hospital this year with both in-laws having health problems, and having to take them there for appointments and hospital stays. Can honestly say had good experiences with staff and efficiency! High quality service there!
