(as a service user),

From my arrival, to leaving the staff were superb.

The atmosphere was excellent, everyone was pleasant & friendly. Everything was explained thoroughly to me. I won't mention any names but the staff who l came into contact with were amazing.

Nothing was a bother either in the ward before surgery, in the theatre during surgery, or back in recovery afterwards l was made to feel welcome, comfortable & cared for.

I am the ward manager in the day surgery unit and I am delighted to hear that you had a very positive experience, all staff try their upmost to ensure that the patient journey from the ward, theatre and recovery is as stress free and as pleasant as they can make it.
