My Health and we'll being coach truly fought to get me a referral to the Exercise on referral scheme. After retiring, I was lacking self-esteem and she gave me lots of wellness tips and advice. She sent me links on nutrition and healthy lifestyle. She called me regularly to make sure I wascok and to inform me on how the Exercise on referral was progressing. Shecreally worked tirelessly to ensure I got on the scheme. I did 10 weeks learning how to use the gym , I went twice a week and my gym instructor was great. After that I was offered thecreducedcyearlycratecto enable me to use any leisure facilities in Redbridge and I have enrolled in classes already. I began running and encouraged by my coach, I did my first 10k in April in Colchester Zoo!

I then signed up for the Southend half marathon in June. My coach built up my confidence and encouraged me all the way. Thank you, you have made such a difference to my life!
