(as a service user),

I was warmly welcomed by a very calm, efficient eye screening assistant who listened attentively, cross checked my notes on file and proceeded with a very well paced and thorough screening. She kindly advised of next steps and concluded the process. For anyone with apprehension of sorts or is a first timer, please be assured that your visit will be seamless. The wait time is short and the procedure will be over promptly. As a diabetic, I know I am in good hands. Thank you 😊
