I attended the Haywood Walk in service this morning as I was unable get an apt with my GP and local Pharmacy unable to help.
I was in a lot of pain with a suspected kidney infection.
From start to finish the service was outstanding. From the reception staff all the way through to the fab Triage Nurse, Stephanie. Professional, polite and friendly.
To my surprise I was seen very quickly despite the waiting area being full to capacity, and my needs were met.
Well done to all who work at the walk in. You really are a credit to the NHS!
