It’s been impossible to get through to the GP the lines are busy and when you go to the GP it’s empty and quiet. The system is not working you get sent a text to ask to book an appointment and trying to get one is actually impossible which then delays you getting your results which cause the patient unnecessary stress and anxiety, this system of calling backs makes you later in the month to a GP are the GP aware that you can’t actually get a appointment as they’ve asked?
