"Overall an excellent service"

About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran Physiotherapy - South Ayrshire

(as a service user),

I saw Adam a physio at Templehill GP practice in Troon for help with a right shoulder and neck pain and tingling down arm.

He was friendly, polite and professional. He took a detailed history from me. He carried our appropriate examination and explained in detail with clear easy to understand language what he felt was the issue. He then assisted me with an exercise and showed me how to continue this at home.

There was an immediate improvement both in the way I felt and when he repeated an examination. He then gave me written instructions which he explained and also how often to do these. He gave me advice on continuing self care and reassured me that he felt I would improve but also to return if issue persisted.

Finally he added some blood tests to routine tests I was due to go for. Overall an excellent service
