"Very Comforting"

I had a hyperoscopy today and just wanted to thank every single one of the staff I spoke to today. You are/were all so lovely! I was absolutely dreading today because of a previous experience a long while ago, but today was altogether different and I wanted to say thank you again to all of you. Whilst still uncomfortable in places, which this procedure is, it was bearable and I felt perfectly alright afterwards. I could not have had more care during and afterwards. Thank you very much Ladies X
