Today I took my mum to an appointment in Altnagelvin Hospital to the movement disorder clinic.
Mum was very anxious however we both were greeted with a lovely nurse named Mairead who made my mum so comfortable and at ease.
We then met Doctor Dunne who was a gentleman, he spoke to us explaining everything in a language we understood.
I would just like to thank this doctor and nurse for treating mum with such respect and care.
