I have a digital paper trail of over 18 emails and 'Klinik' system requests since July last year where I have had to chase CarntoCoast regarding my prescription for pain relief for my Arthritis, as well as other issues.
This correspondence does not include all the calls too.
They have forgotten or missed my prescription countless times leading me to believe that whoever deals with issuing the scripts, be it a team or other members of staff are completely negligent in this operation.
Despite multiple requests to investigate why this continues to happen regularly, no one has stepped up to do so.
