I would like to say thankyou to the team for the care, cups of tea and cuddles when you took care of us all during mum's time on the ward 55.
We got to know a number of the nursing staff at mums end of the ward and would like to offer our special thanks to Peter, Tierna, Ann, Sarah, Hilly, Alison, Michelle, Mary, Maria and Derek. You made a difficult situation a lot easier.
We would also like to send our thanks to Dr Shariff and her team.
Everyone gave mum the time and care she needed and did not complain when we were there every day to visit and sit with mum.
Your team were also so supportive and allowed our family to stay in the hospital for the days leading up to mums passing. This gift of time will be one I am forever grateful for. I know that if mum could have that she would have thanked you herself, but communication in the final weeks was difficult.
My sister and I will always be so grateful for your care and attentions for both Mum and Dad over those difficult weeks.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
"Incredible team"
