"I was reassured and felt listened to."

About: Cardiology / Rapid Access Chest Pain Service

(as a service user),

I attended the rapid access chest pain clinic and would like to thank the ANP and physiologist for their professionalism, compassion and care.

I felt a bit of a fraud being there and had some concerns about possible future tests, but they were both so friendly and knowledgeable that I was reassured and felt listened to.
