"Messed around"

Took me and my partner 189 tries to get through to the gp once through got an appointment for a different surgery turned up and at the same time got a text for another different surgery only to get there at 21:15pm and the doctor had gone because apparently our appointment was at 6:30pm half hour before the first with no message about the 6:30 appointment! This was an appointment for my partner who is struggling with his mental health to which I am fuming and disgusted with! Having to return home with my partner not in a good way and without seeing a gp! Driving around different surgeries with no outcome! I understand practices are busy but this is absolutely disgraceful I will also be making a formal complaint in person and via email to the surgery direct!
